E&I Supervisor

You will be responsible for… 

• Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to the workforce personnel  
• Actively monitor work practices and coach employees to ensure adherence to correct HSE policies and procedures  
• Communicate with client representatives to inform them on the progress of the project and resolve any issues  
• Plan and organize work to meet the projects requirements and promote productivity   

What we need from you: 

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical 
• Full working rights in Australia 
• Minimum 3+ years Supervisory experience ideally mining/construction projects  
• A customer-centric mindset and strong value of safety  
• Proven leadership capabilities developing and leading a cohesive and high-performance team  
• An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods  
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.  
• Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality works
