Project Manager

You will be responsible for… 

• Overseeing the planning, execution, and integration of the project with an existing solar farm, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and quality/safety standards. 
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring project expectations are met. 
• Developing and implement project management processes, tools, and best practices tailored to the project integration to enhance efficiency and performance. 
• Monitoring the project performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders. 
• Working with the Contract Manager to resolve contract issues and maintain compliance with owner and subcontractor agreements specific to the project. 

What we need from you: ​

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; preference for Electrical or Civil Engineering
• Strong experience in project management 
• Understanding of EPC contracting processes. Solar integration is advantageous. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with strong upward reporting skills
